Cancellation Policy

1. Whenever you submit an application, e-challan creation process is carried out by us immediately. And as all the e-challan amount is paid to the government, it can’t be refunded by us.

2. If an event occurs where you are cancelling the loan itself, we will send you the generated e-challan. The government allows refund of challan until 6 months of its creation. It will be the customer’s responsibility to complete the refund process from the government. We will guide you regarding the government refund process. 

3. The process is set by the Government. There will be no cancellation as such. However, in the case of double/overpayment, we’ll refund the extra money you paid.
